Our services

In order to offer a correct and high-quality service, we carry out all maintenance and repair work on Melitta fully automatic espresso machines and Swirl Quinto hand hoovers only in our repair workshop. In other words, we do not travel!

If you would like a repair, you can choose from the following options:

Handing in

You bring your appliance to us during our opening hours. No appointment is necessary. Your appliance will then be repaired within 15 working days according to the conditions of Tecnico Service. When your appliance is repaired, you will be contacted by phone or mail for the collection of your appliance.

By appointment

You book an appointment via our booking system. You come to us with your appliance at your booked appointment. While you wait, your appliance is repaired. You should take into account a waiting time of 1h to 1.5h during the repair of your appliance. Unfortunately, these places are limited. 

Shipping

You can send the appliance to us using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure that your shipment is well packed and insured, because Tecnico Service will not be responsible for any transport damage. The costs involved will have to be paid by the customer (sender). For the return shipment we use Bpost. This return will cost 15€ and will be deducted from the final invoice for the repair. If you wish to have your appliance repaired and send it to us, please let us know.

Transport Box

We will send an empty transport box to you via our carrier "Bpost". You can then safely place your appliance in this protective crate. By using the return ticket provided, you can send this transport box (with your appliance in it) back to us at a Bpost office/point. You will be informed of the receipt of your appliance. We will repair your appliance upon receipt within 10 working days. As soon as it has been repaired, we will notify you. Then we will send the repaired device to you. Once you have received the appliance, all you need to do is send us the empty transport box with the return ticket included in it via a Bpost office/point. This service costs €60.00 including VAT. If you wish to make use of this service, please let us know when you register your appliance.
