Tecnico Service is an officially recognized maintenance and repair service for the fully automatic espresso machines and coffee makers of the Momentum series, Epos and Epour of the quality brand "Melitta". Is your machine "under guarantee" or "out of guarantee" and do you have a breakdown or a technical problem? Then we are always ready to solve this for you.


Our services

To offer a correct and high-quality service, we carry out all maintenance and repair work on the espresso machines in our repair workshop.

We only repair at our own location!

If you would like to have a repair, you can choose from the following options:

You bring your device to us

You bring your device to us during our opening hours. Your device will then be repaired within a week in accordance with our terms and conditions. After your device has been repaired, you will be contacted again to collect your device.

Repair on appointment

You come to us with your device. While you wait, your device will be restored. If you would like a repair by appointment, we kindly ask you to confirm by e-mail. This way we can quickly make an appointment.

You send us your device

You can send the device to us with a transporter of your choice. However, make sure that your shipment is well packed and insured, because Tecnico Service will unfortunately not be responsible for any transport damage. The costs associated with this must be paid by the customer (sender). We use Bpost for return shipments. This return will cost €15 and will be deducted from the final invoice of the repair. If you would like a repair and send the device to us, please let us know. This way we are aware that we can expect your device.


We also have a transport service. This means that we will send you an empty transport box via our carrier "Bpost". You can then safely place your device in this protective box. By using the supplied return ticket, you can then send this transport box (with your device placed in it) back to us via a Bpost office/point. You will be notified when your device has been received. After receiving your device, we will repair it within 2 working days. As soon as it has been repaired, we will inform you. We will then send the repaired device to you. When you have received the device, you only need to send us the empty transport box with the included return ticket via a Bpost office/point. This service costs 50.00€ incl. VAT. If you wish to use this service, you must confirm this to us and provide your address details by e-mail or via your repair request.

Requesting a repair

You can find the details of your fully automatic espresso machine on the silver-colored sticker located inside the machine when you have opened the side panel. The service number is the long number.

An example of such a sticker is shown above.

The service number for an Epic Silver is 1024-01 and an Epic Gold is 1024-02 .

The service number for an Epour Silver is 1024-11 and for an Epos Gold 1024-12.
